Carta de Cuba is a quarterly magazine published in electronic and hardcopy formats at San Juan, Puerto Rico. Our purpose is to provide a forum for independent Cuban journalists and their collaborators. We are not affiliated with the Cuban Government,nor with any foreign agencies. We do not accept  retribution from any foreign government or agency. Our sole  purpose is to publish information from the independent press in Cuba, in the spirit of free speech.
